Devlin is located between Emo & Fort Frances on Hwy 11 (Hwy 72), less than 20 kilometres from the Canada/US border crossing of Fort Frances and International Falls. Take Highway 613 north from Devlin to get to fishing and hunting resorts on Rainy Lake and Lake Despair.
